To Our Valued Clients,
First I would like to say THANK YOU to all of our wonderful clients. I have enjoyed working with you and your precious babies for over 25 years, and will miss each and every one.
Due to the results of our fire November 1st, we will be unable to see clients or patients past Wednesday May 27, 2009. We thank Jersey Village Animal Hospital for our use of their facility since the fire.
We will be accepting appointments only until May 27th. We will be accepting phone calls until June 30th for the following:
1. Prescription refills – these will be mailed to your home from our on-line pharmacy Vet’s First Choice or Veterinary Pharmacy of America (Toll Free: 1-877-838-7979), a compounding pharmacy.
2. To mail copies or fax computer records to either you or an animal hospital of your choice.
After June 30th, we will check emails and Vet’s First Choice for any refills and copies needed until Friday July 17th. In the interim, if you have any questions about your pet’s health, please contact us by email or feel free to leave a message at 281-890-7257.
Again, my staff and I cannot thank you enough for your kind words, thoughts and prayers that we have received during this time. We hope to see you and your pets in the future when we have firmer plans on a new location. We look forward to seeing you then!

Due to dealing with the insurance companies etc. after the fire, we have found it necessary to scale back our hours. You probably remember how difficult everything was after Hurricane Ike; this is even worse.
Our plan goes like this:
Generally, we will be open 3-4 days per week.
One Saturday per month
Approximately 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
Appointments please
Drop offs as early as 7 am
Pick ups until 6 pm.
Thank you for your understanding! We hope to soon resume a normal life and normal business hours.
