Dear Client,
As you may already know, due to the fire in November of 2008 and my personal health concerns, I am no longer able to practice veterinary medicine. The past few months I have been consulting with Dr. Ricardo Caballero at Cypress Veterinary Hospital. This has allowed me to appreciate his veterinary knowledge, skills and bedside manner. I have trusted Dr. Caballero with the care of my own pets and I can recommend Dr. Caballero to you.
I am very confidant in Dr. Caballero’s abilities to care for your pets and feel that Cypress Veterinary Hospital can provide you with a new veterinary home. Also, one of my former staff members, Lisa, who is an RVT and worked for me for 4.5 years, now works for Dr. Caballero and will provide a familiar face for you and your companion. I have also met all of the staff members and believe they provide a nurturing and knowledgeable environment.
I plan to be available to greet you at the door on Thursdays from 9:00 am until noon for a couple of months, so that you feel comfortable visiting Dr. Caballero for your pets veterinary needs. This, of course, is dependant upon any health issues that may arise.
All of the dog and cat medical records have been transferred to Cypress Veterinary hospital and you should expect a seamless transition.
