Appointments

Appointments are preferred. Please call (281) 890-7257 to set up an appointment for your pet.

Drop-Offs

Wellness/Sick Care - For your convenience, you may drop-off your pet at 8:00 am Monday through Friday and at 7 am on Wednesday. For pets needing routine exams and vaccinations, there is a day care charge for keeping your pet for the day. For sick or injured pets, there is a hospitalization charge for the day.

Surgery/Dental/Anesthesia -For pets being dropped off for a procedure, please have your pet at the clinic between 8:00 am and 8:30 am (we are open earlier on Wednesdays at 7:00am). This allows our technicians time to prepare your pet for the procedure (i.e. blood work, surgery prep, etc.). Please do not feed or water your pet after 6:00pm the night before surgery, and do not feed or water it the day of surgery. Avian and Exotics may have food and water up until the time of dropping off your pet. Avian and Exotics should not be fasted overnight the night before a procedure.

Fees

We encourage the discussion of fees prior to performing services. Estimates are always available, and our staff will be happy prepare an estimate for you at any time.

Payment Options - We accept Cash, Check, Debit Cards, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and CareCredit. Payment is due when services are rendered.
