Boarding Policy
We board dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, and rabbits/exotics.
For your pet's protection, all vaccines MUST be current. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine, is required every six months for dogs. Your pet MUST be free of internal and external parasites. If not, treatment will be done at your expense. Steeplechase Animal Hospital is not responsible for any personal belonging left with your pet. Pets will be admitted and discharged only during regular office hours.
Boarding includes feedings twice daily, walks three times a day, and accommodations in our air conditioned kennel. We feed all dogs and cats Science Diet. If your pet requires a special diet or if you would prefer not changing your pet's diet, please provide food. Fresh water will naturally be available at all times. Your pet's quarters are cleaned and sanitized at least twice a day. Outdoor exercise is provided three times daily for all dogs by walking on a leash. Extra play time and walks are available with our Tender Loving Care package at an additional charge. All dogs are bathed prior to discharge.
Check out time is by 12:00 NOON. A half day boarding fee is charged for animals not picked up by check out time.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required when services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Cash, and checks with a current TDL and identification. A deposit may be required at the time of hospital admission. Deposits are always requested of new clients.
Hospital Admissions
The following is required for hospital admission and boarding. If any of the following needs to be brought current, you will be charged accordingly.
